Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

Services are purchased and charged in 1 hour increments. However, you can choose up to 8 hours of service in a day. Choose your services and then book an appointment time. We will then reach out to confirm. We also provide special rates and customized invoicing, just contact us so we can customize the  payment schedule and options.

You may also select different categories consecutively as well. The same process will apply, but you will just book another category.

You can also book several different appointment days, appointment times, or categories, in one session. Just select the category and choose the day and time you want. You can do as many times as you’d like. Each time the session will be added to your cart.

Upon completion, you will then go to your cart and check out. After completing the checkout we will then reach out to you to confirm services, location and time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp. We can also provide weekly or bi-weekly invoicing.

What if the service takes longer than the number of hours I requested?

No problem, we can always make additions.

What if I only need 30 minutes of assistance?

Currently services must be purchased and utilized in 1 hour increments, with a one hour minimum. Give us more to do, we are always happy to help!

Do you charge for travel time?

No, we do not charge for travel time to you. If you would like us to run errands or make trips once service has started then that will be included in the hourly rate.

Is there a maximum amount of hours someone can help me in one day?

We can assist you for up to 8 hours in a single day.

Are your assistants screened?

Yes, each assistant is screened and has had a background check completed.

What if I need to cancel?

We only ask that you give us a 24 hour notice. Because our clients rely upon us heavily, we try to stick to our schedule, but we understand things come up. With a 24 hour notice, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be processed immediately, but may take up to 14 days to reflect back into your account.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

The service I would like is not listed. What can I do?

Just give us a shout and we will try our best to make it happen! Visit our contact us page and we will get back to you or insert notes in the “Order Notes” section during checkout.

What if I have a special request or need to give advanced instructions?

No problem, just add this in the notes section during your check out, when we reach out to you to confirm your appointment we can go over all of the details. You can also calls us or visit our contact us page.

Can I purchase reoccurring services?

Of course, we can create a schedule based upon your needs and invoice you accordingly.

What areas do you service?

We offer assistance in most of the DC Metropolitan area including Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. However, we provide virtual and remote services nationwide.

Serving most of the following counties/locations: Washington DC, Fairfax County, Arlington County, Prince William County, Loudon County, Stafford County, Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Howard County , Anne Arundel County and Charles County.
